Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Signing the tenancy agreement constitutes an undertaking to comply with the campsite\u2019s rules and regulations.<\/strong><\/em>
1. Tenancy in the tenant\u2019s name<\/span><\/strong>
All tenancies are in the tenant\u2019s name and may under no circumstances be
assigned.
2. Arrival and departure<\/strong><\/span>
The pitch may be occupied from 2.00 pm on the
day of your arrival and must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day
of your departure.
The mobile home may be occupied from 5.00 pm on the
day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day
of your departure.
3. In the event of a delay<\/strong><\/span>
Please notify us; in the absence of a written or
telegraphed message from the tenant stating that they have had to postpone the date
of their arrival, the mobile home or pitch will become
available 24 hours after the arrival date stated in the
rental contract, and full payment for the services
will still be required.<\/p>

4. Rental fees<\/strong><\/span>
The rental fees (deposit + booking fee)
must be paid upon receipt of the rental contract and
enclosed with the copy to be returned. The deposit will be deducted from the
total cost of the services.
The booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
5. The balance for the stay<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The balance for rentals and pitches must be paid in full 30 days before your arrival. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
No discount will be granted in the event of a
delayed arrival, an early departure or a change to the
number of people and facilities booked (whether
for the whole or part of the planned stay).
6. Additional guests<\/strong><\/span>
Any additional days, facilities and guests (visitors
staying for more than 2 hours) must be paid for on departure.
Mobile homes are let for the number of people
specified. Any excess number of people is prohibited. No additional people
will be permitted, even on the pitch
of the mobile home.<\/p>

7. Cleanliness, inventory<\/strong><\/span>
The mobile home must be returned in the same state of cleanliness
as when it was handed over. Failing this, the tenant must
pay a flat-rate sum of \u20ac100 for cleaning.
Any damage to the mobile home or its fittings
will result in immediate repairs at the tenant\u2019s
expense.
The end-of-tenancy inventory will be carried out by
campsite staff after your departure, which must be
exactly the same as the inventory carried out at the start of the tenancy
, which you will carry out yourself with the help of the detailed inventory
provided to you on arrival. Any missing items
must be paid for by the tenant.
As security for the provisions of paragraph 7, a security deposit cheque for
\u20ac300 is required from the tenant on the day the keys are handed over
and will be destroyed the week following their departure, unless
the property has not been left in a satisfactory condition or damage or any
missing items are found.
Should we be obliged to retain
part or all of the security deposit, you will be
informed of this by post.
8. Insurance<\/span><\/strong>
The tenant must be covered by third-party liability
insurance.
9. Rental pitches<\/strong><\/span>
The rental relates to a designated pitch (approximately
80 m\u00b2 with or without an electricity connection) but may not, under any circumstances,
relate to a specific pitch number.
10. Competent court<\/strong><\/span>
The Court of Lorient
shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the performance of this contract.
11. Cancellation<\/strong><\/span>
We offer cancellation insurance in partnership
with Neat flixy for a fixed fee of 25 euros<\/strong>.
In the event of cancellation for a valid reason, you will be
reimbursed in full for the sums paid (excluding
administration fees and the insurance premium).
In the event of cancellation without a valid reason and without supporting evidence: the sums
paid will be refunded, less a 30 per cent
excess, booking fees and the insurance premium.
Without cancellation insurance, if you cancel your stay:
\u2022 More than 90 days before your arrival date:
80 per cent of your deposit will be refunded
minus the booking fee (\u20ac10)
\u2022 Between 61 and 89 days before your arrival date:
50 per cent of your deposit will be refunded
minus the booking fee (\u20ac10)
\u2022 Between 31 and 60 days before your arrival date:
no refund (deposit, booking fee)
\u2022 Less than 30 days before your arrival date:
no refund (deposit, booking fee
and the outstanding balance for your stay).
12. Consumer mediation<\/strong><\/span>
In the event of a dispute, you may refer the matter free of charge to our consumer mediator
