Our campsite in Plouharnel is a particularly lovely place for children and nature lovers. In the heart of the Breton countryside, you’ll meet our adorable little ponies: ‘Vanille’, ‘Pétite’, ‘Tornado’ and ‘Paolo’. Gentle and docile, they love being stroked and cuddled by our visitors. Your children will be able to watch them going about their business in their natural environment.
Once a week, pony rides are organised within our campsite grounds; these rides are ideal for first-timers. They are open to children aged 4 and over, who must be accompanied by a parent who will guide the pony (subject to the availability of trained staff).
Three adorable little goats are an integral part of our campsite’s mini farm. ‘Fleur’, ‘Chaussette’ and ‘Hubert’ are real acrobats and are sure to entertain your children.
Let’s not forget our cheerful hens, who add a bit of extra life to the place. The children can feed them with a few peelings or leftovers, but for the sake of our little animals’ health, please don’t give them any bread.
As well as simply providing entertainment, our mini farm also offers a unique opportunity for your children to learn and marvel at the beauty of the animal world. Our team is passionate about nature and will be delighted to share interesting facts about the lifestyle and diet of our adorable animals.
